Men’s Pelvic Health Seminar – October 19, 2022 at 12pm MT

Relating the Pelvic Floor to Pain and Other Problems

Seminar Overview:

Join TUCC’s monthly Men’s Pelvic Floor webinar to learn about the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor muscles. We think it’s essential that you understand some details related to the pelvic floor.

Here’s why. Learning about the pelvic floor and its connection to other muscle groups is essential to help you manage and prevent the following issues:

  • Persistent pain in the abdomen, hips, low back, groin, prostate/penile/bladder regions, or perineum.
  • Burning, tingling, or nerve signs after sitting, especially following cycling or seated work activities.
  • Difficulties with bowel, bladder, penis, or urinary control.

In this seminar, you’ll learn how to take care of your pelvic floor, identify when it’s necessary to seek medical care, and how to use breathing, stretching, and stabilization to protect and heal your pelvic region.
