The Urology Center of Colorado (TUCC) is seeking a full-time, partnership-track Radiation Oncologist to join our growing practice. TUCC is the leader in urologic care in the Rocky Mountain region and one of the only urology centers in the U.S. to offer on-site, comprehensive radiation therapy for urologic cancer patients.
TUCC’s Radiation Oncology is expanding our practice to a new state of the art treatment center in Lone Tree, CO which opened in July, 2021. This will be a second location for Radiation Oncology, along with our Denver location.
This position will primarily involve provision of radiation oncology clinical services. Activities will include performing new patient consultation, weekly patient management and supervision of external beam radiation treatment programs. Experience with IMRT, SBRT, 4DRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, rectal spacing, and prostate/parenteral brachytherapy are strongly desired.
Current center averages 35-50 patients on treatment per day. Clinical schedule is 4-5 days/week. No weekends or hospital call.
Current technology includes Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator(s), GE CT Simulator, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, CBCT positioning verification, and Clarity real-time prostate US tracking. There is an active Ra-223 brachytherapy program and an on-site ambulatory surgical center for prostate brachytherapy. A new linear accelerator will be installed and commissioned with the Lone Tree expansion.
Completion of residency training in Radiation Oncology and Board certification (or expected within 2 years of hiring). Post-residency clinical experience valuable but not mandatory.
Applicants must be able to obtain medical licensure in Colorado without restriction.
Compensation is competitive and inclusive of practice ownership and professional/technical revenue profit-sharing opportunities.
All positions are partnership track, although consideration will be given to employed physician proposals.

The Urology Center of Colorado (TUCC) is the only comprehensive urology center in the Rocky Mountain region, providing treatment for all urologic conditions at one location. Our group has 19 board-certified urologists, 1 board-certified radiation oncologist, and 4 advanced practice providers. TUCC features a state-of-the-art urology clinic, including radiology, laboratory and anatomic pathology services, a urologic radiation oncology center, clinical research department, and ambulatory surgery center.
We are seeking BC/BE urologists to start in 2022 and 2023. All positions are partnership track, although consideration will be given to employed physician proposals. Our positions are 4 days/week and weekend call is 1 in 8. We are hiring well-trained general urologists but also have a specific need for Male Infertility/Men Sexual Health and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstruction.
