Vasectomy Clinic
In addition to our regular weekly scheduled vasectomies, TUCC is now scheduling vasectomy appointments on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Brett Abernathy, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Brett Abernathy, M.D., received a B.A. degree, with distinction, in molecular, cellular and developmental biology from the University of Colorado. He then went on to receive his medical doctorate from Northwestern University, where he was selected as a commencement speaker. Dr. Abernathy completed his residency in urology at Southwestern Medical School.
Prior to joining TUCC, Dr. Abernathy practiced with Western Urologic Associates. He is a former clinical faculty member of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and chief of surgery at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center. He is currently a member of several professional organizations including, the Rocky Mountain Urologic Society, Denver Medical Society, Colorado Medical Society, American Medical Association and the American College of Surgeons.
Proficient in Spanish, Dr. Abernathy also specializes in treating stone disease, genitourinary cancer and prostate disease and performs vasectomies.
