What to Expect

About Your Appointment

Clinic appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. Our receptionists are available until 5:00 p.m. daily to assist with your appointment scheduling. Please bring any appropriate medical documents, lab results or x-rays to your first appointment. If you are not able to keep your appointment as scheduled or are going to be late, please contact our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. If we are seriously delayed due to an emergency, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.

Surgeries are scheduled Monday through Friday. Our receptionists are available until 5:00 p.m. each day to assist you with the scheduling of your surgery. We require 24 hours notice for surgery cancellations.

Your First Visit

Please bring your insurance card(s) and a list of your current medications with you to your first visit. We recommend that you arrive to your appoinment 30 minutes early to fill out any patient registration forms and a brief health history questionnaire. Please click here to download these forms prior to your first appointment at TUCC.

Follow-Up Appointments

The receptionists in each patient suite will assist you with scheduling your follow-up appointments. Please arrive to these appointments at least 10 minutes early to fill out any additional paperwork.

Emergencies

If you need to speak to your TUCC physician or nurse outside of regular business hours, please call 303.825.TUCC (8822) or 1.877.825.8898 (toll-free). Someone will be available to assist you 24 hours a day.
