Our Staff
Marvin Schutzius, RN, MSN
At TUCC, Marvin serves as our clinical director. He works with all of the clinical support staff and medical staff providing clinical and staffing guidance for daily operations.
Prior to joining TUCC, Marvin worked as a manager in the diagnostic imaging center at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center. He has more than 20 years of experience as a critical care clinician and helped design and instruct the first US Air Force Critical Care Air Transport Course used extensively in Operation Iraqi Freedom. His experience as a critical care clinician was also utilized when he served as an instructor for battlefield nursing and flight nursing courses at Brooks Air Force Base.
In addition to completing his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in nursing, Marvin has completed 26 credits toward a doctorate in health care policy. He has completed extensive training programs in leadership, management, communication and professional military education.
